We are looking for a full-time beertender to join our small Mission taproom team!
At Sandhills we believe that one of the single best things we can strive for is consistency and stability. This applies to the beer we make the commitments to our team.
Aside from making the very best beer we can our mission is to be a community gathering place and somewhere that a person can build a long-term career around. Stability, consistency and long-term views are what we’re about. The very best beer is made by slowly, yet-surely refining the process, literally putting the “craft” definition into play. Jobs aren’t that different. The very best employees take a steady and persistent view towards bettering themselves and their work.
To this end we’re looking to add a full-time beertender to our team. The position starts at $18/hour with a 401k match, annual raises, and a steady schedule. In lieu of tips, all positions start at a living wage with all tips being donated to local conservation organizations.
This is a full-time position with an expectation of 32-40 hours/week.
