Hampton Roads May Meeting - Hop Rub and Recipe Development

We’re heading over to Virginia Beer Company (Williamsburg) for a hands-on sensory session for our May meeting. We’re teaming up with their Mug Club members to prep for our next collaboration in our "Inspiration In Every Pour" series.

We’ll be performing a deep-dive hop rub using the latest Pink Boots Society hop blend to see exactly what flavors and aromas we’re working with. But we aren't just smelling them; we’ll be using those notes for on-the-spot recipe development. You’ll get a front-row seat (and a say) in how we balance these hops to create our next brew.

There will be a food truck on-site, and appetizers are on us. Come hungry, leave happy, and help us build a brew from the ground up.
