Hampton Roads Chapter Beer and Chocolate Tasting @ Post Secondary Brewing!

We will be doing a beer/chocolate pairing for the February meeting. 1. Blue & Friends Lumberjack Stout - with an ABV of 9% and IBU of 32 is a coffee maple bacon blueberry Lumberjack stout pairing with dark chocolate with sea salt and caramel. 2. After Lights Out Vanilla Porter - with an ABV of 5% and IBU of 33 is a porter with cherrywood smoked vanilla pairing with milk chocolate and orange peel. 3. Cover My Class Lemon Meringue Sour - with an ABV of 4.5% and IBU of 3 is a mild lemon meringue sour paired with milk chocolate and almonds. 4. Orange Creamsicle Ale - with an ABV of 6% and IBU of 13 is a cream ale with hints of vanilla and orange and made with no orange and paired with white chocolate truffles.
