INCOMING! The Education Committee is proud to launch Experts Unfiltered — our new recurring, Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) virtual series.
We’re bringing you credible industry experts from across the fermented beverage world for real talk, hard truths, and the kind of insights you usually only hear over a tall glass of somethin’ somethin’. This is your safe space to ask the questions you can’t ask at work or anywhere else. Nothing is off limits (within the Pink Boots Society Code of Conduct, of course).
Expect highly interactive sessions — not slide-heavy presentations. Come ready to turn your camera on (but not required), connect, and engage with your fellow Pink Booters. To protect privacy and keep conversations candid, these sessions will not be recorded or added to the community library.

Jessica Hart brings a rare blend of corporate HR expertise, entrepreneurial strategy, and industry- specific insight to the alcohol beverage space. With an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Jessica has built her HR foundation at powerhouse brands like Target, The Lagunitas Brewing Company, and Heineken N.V.
Her experience spans family-owned businesses, partnerships, and complex mergers and acquisitions - giving her a 360° view of how people, systems, and compliance intersect. She understands the challenges that arise in alcohol-focused workplaces, from cultural dynamics to legal constraints, and she knows how to build HR systems that actually work.
Jessica is passionate about transparency, role clarity, and respectful honesty. She believes that when teams understand their purpose and leaders are brave enough to have the tough conversations, businesses grow stronger - and people stay longer.
