We're taking a field trip out to Medina, N.Y. to tour ClearSource facilities, an alcohol manufacturing plant that specializes in beverage and industrial grade alcohol products. The tour is being lead by one of our chapter members, Mallory, who is the director of Marketing at ClearSource. This is sure to be educational and eye opening to the scale of what alcohol production can be outside of our own brewhouses.
Then we're heading over to Becker Farms in Gasport, N.Y. to enjoy lunch, a beer tasting, and enjoy their petting zoo! The petting zoo is free, and the beer tasting is included with the price of your ticket. Lunch is not included in the ticket and will need to be purchased individually by you the day of. Once I have a final headcount, I will send out the Becker Farms lunch menu to registered attendee's. This will likely be a couple weeks before the event so they can be prepared for our arrival.

Tentative Itinerary:
10 a.m. - Meet at ClearSource: 4141 Bates Road, Medina, NY 14103. The signage will say Western New York Energy (WNYE) because they are the parent company, but you are in the right place.
10:30 a.m. - Operations overview
11 a.m. - Tour of ClearSource facilities. This includes some outdoor time so I will keep you updated about weather and proper attire as the date comes closer.
12 p.m. - Conclusion of tour and ride over to Becker Farms (a 20 minute drive).
12:30 p.m. - Meet at Becker Farms: 3724 Quaker Rd., Gasport, NY 14067 to enjoy lunch, a beer tasting experience, and a petting zoo! There is no set end time as of now.
The petting zoo is free and the beer tasting experience is included in your ticket purchase. Lunch is to be purchased separately by you on the day of. I will send out a menu once we have a final head count so that you can decide ahead of time and Becker Farms can be prepared for our arrival.
