Position Overview The Regional Account Manager is an entry-level sales role within Abstrax’s Sales Organization. This position is designed to develop customer-facing skills, account management experience, and product knowledge while supporting revenue growth. Regional Account Managers work closely with National Account Managers and Sales Leadership to manage day-to-day customer interactions, execute sales processes, and deliver high-quality support to existing and prospective clients while growing their respective territories. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller accounts under the guidance of senior team members. • Execute outbound prospecting and lead follow-up to build the sales pipeline. • Support senior team members with account strategy, proposals, and presentations. • Provide accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring professional service and escalation when needed. • Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience. • Track, report, and analyze account activity against KPIs. • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits as directed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Brewing Science, Food Science, or related field preferred. • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related business function (internships accepted). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). • A self-starter eager to learn and grow within the sales organization.
