The Gist Drive performance of Lagunitas Brewing Company through the distributor network for assigned Market
What You’ll Do • Drive the annual & monthly business planning process; communicate regularly with key stakeholders within distributor network • Lead the Market Premise Strategy • Provide direction, coaching and feedback if assigned a Field Sales Manager • Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through incentive management, KPI tracking and review with network • Lead financial management including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses • Manage targeted account/ customer management responsibility • Drive and coach Lagunitas colleagues, across sales and other functions to ensure alignment/ gain support of local efforts • Strategic - Setting agenda, strategy, and driving execution to own business results • Embed Best of Show Execution within distributor network • Passion for winning/Drive for Success • Strategic Business Planning • Sales Excellence: Understanding Distributor Dynamics, Selling & Negotiation Skills, Sales Performance Management • Effective Sales Meetings • Sales Team Leadership (if applicable)
