The right candidate will align with the mission of Block 15 Brewing Company, which is to elevate excellence in the craft beer experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance.

This position will assist the brewery and marketing team in supporting the sales efforts of Block 15 through all of its channels, distributors, and outlets. The main objective of the role is to support the sales of our portfolio of highly regarded beers in the Pacific Northwest. This includes direct responsibility for key On and Off-Premise accounts, increasing sales and securing new distribution in existing and new accounts, and working closely with the distributor network to maintain and develop all accounts.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about beer, providing sincere hospitality, and building long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and consumers.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Digital and in-person account sales support, with a focus on local markets
  • Working with distributor partners to ensure orders are placed, products are received, our products are in code,  and business is healthy with accounts
  • Execute sales strategies as determined by management.
  • Assist in brewery direct services to local accounts
  • Producing reports to assist leadership
  • Maintain all sales goals and budgets as assigned
  • Assist the brewery in forecasting production schedules
  • Coordinating sales orders and pick-ups with distribution partners
  • Support local merchandising of products
  • Support palletizing and pick-ups from shipping partners to suppliers
Brand & Marketing
  • Supporting awareness and education of Block 15 Brewing products
  • Plan and execute events and demonstrations
  • Create and facilitate Point of Sales Materials.
  • Promoting our company values to build engagement with accounts
  • Promote our freshness and quality standards at the account level
  • Work with the assistance of our marketing department team.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google apps, EKOS, Encompass, or other ERP/SAP programs
  • 40-45 hours per week
  • Clean driving record with current and valid Oregon driver’s license
  • Have or be able to obtain OLCC and Washingtons’ MAST alcohol servers permit
  • Previous Craft Beverage and/or Food sales experience
  • Understand or have the ability to learn how to set up, troubleshoot, and/or pour from a mobile or permanently installed draft equipment
  • Some nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Frequently lift and/or move up 140 lbs pounds or more by hand, as well as move heavier amounts using equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or hand truck.
  • This position is based at our brewery in Corvallis, Oregon with frequent local and regional travel.
