The Task At Hand: Reporting to the Tasting Room Manager; You are the gatekeeper of JuneShine’s culture and brand, you build lasting and meaningful relationships with all of our guests and you educate customers on JuneShine’s mission and product.

This is a part-time , hourly non-exempt position, must be available 2-3 days a week. What You'll Do: Take orders and receive payment from guests while responsibly serving alcohol Anticipate the needs of our guests Serve hard kombucha, non-alcoholic beverages, bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and other regular shift duties Sell and stock merchandise while following inventory procedures Tap, untap, move, and re-stock kegs Maintain an organized and clean walk-in cold box & draft system Create and maintain meaningful relationships with guests while educating them about JuneShine’s products and culture Maintain cleanliness of the tasting room and restrooms, including maintaining the atmosphere according to JuneShine’s policies (music, lighting, etc.) Strictly follow standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines, checklists, and provide pass down notes to relieving staff and managers Promptly and accurately record all transactions through the POS system including: comps, voids, spills, returns, and other transactions Adhere to and enforce all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and policies of the company Report any potential Quality Control issues to the Lab Manager and Tasting Room Manager Report any safety issues and incidents per our policies Other tasks may be assigned as needed Must Haves: Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application RBS Certification is required before start date Food Handler’s certification is required before start date Previous service industry and/or hospitality experience Open availability required (evening, holiday, and weekends) Working knowledge of high-volume operations and safe, responsible alcohol service required Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 lbs using proper technique Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company Compensation + Perks: Compensation: Part Time, Hourly (non-exempt) $17.81 per hour + tips Additional Perks: Paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws 401k with 4% company match Booch, Spirit, and Soft Good Perks And so much more!
