This position is responsible for sales, brand building and working with our distributor and retail partners to ensure the company goals are met.  We are looking for a winning attitude and a commitment to our core values of ingenuity, resilience, a rebel spirit, a sense of humor, personal and professional growth, honesty and empathy.
Requirements

A few things you will be doing.
  • Strive to maximize all sales opportunities of brands and packages. Expected to achieve sales results that meet or exceed company averages for all products.
  • Develop a working relationship with the decision maker in all assigned accounts, offering merchandising concepts, including but not limited to floor displays, permanent point of sale, merchandising, product placement and promotion.
  • Constantly monitor cider department in all assigned accounts, looking for opportunities to increase sales and distribution through shelf space management and positioning (including single tubs, coolers, hot shelves and storage facilities). Notify District Manager and Marketing of re-set opportunities.
  • Maintain distribution at required levels for brand and assigned core packages.
  • Expected to participate in all monthly distribution initiatives.
  • Ensure product freshness at retail.
  • Be an active participant in all segments of monthly sales, distribution and display initiatives, with the goal of achieving established objectives and growing business.
  • Constantly search for new sales and distribution opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience
  • Passion for Winning/Drive for Success
  • Exposure to three-tier distribution network preferred.
  • Knowledge of beverage Industry preferred.
  • Communication Proficiency
  • Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
  • Positive Attitude and Influence
  • Computer Skills using various sales software.
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major driving violations.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends and special events.

Physical Requirements:
  • Field execution and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Lifting and the movement of up to 20lbs.
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods of time.
