Wisconsin Chapter Sensory Workshop

Our member Colleen, a Sensory Scientist at Molson Coors will be hosting us for a workshop. The agenda is as follows:

• Importance and objectives of sensory science
• Environment and sample preparation
• Establishing a schedule for panels
• Panelist and training
• Types of sensory tests
• Examples of off flavors

We'll be covering these topics with a focus on how to do this in a smaller brewery setting and still get the most out of your sensory activities.
