An informational and collaborative presentation that will explore neurodiversity and the power of different perspectives in the craft brewing industry. Content will include an overview of neurodiversity and how it shapes individuals' experiences across various industry roles and how this impacts breweries and the brewing process itself.

This session will discuss and highlight accommodation strategies, practical tools, and resources to support and embrace neurodivergent individuals and the work they do. At the end of the webinar participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their own experiences and ideas to practice inclusion as we continue to build a welcoming and accessible brewing community for all.
