An introduction to technical drawings (process flow diagrams, process & instrumentation diagrams) so that folks can learn to read them. This is most useful to people in operations roles, and can also be an introduction to how a brewery or distillery works for non-operations people. I will use real-world examples from my brewery.

Speaker Bio
Brittany Vegso is the Engineering Project Manager for Artisanal Brewing Ventures. She has enjoyed 6 years of being a "beer engineer", designing and installing new process, packaging, and utility systems at ABV's breweries & distilleries. Prior to working in alcohol, Brittany worked in power generation, oil & gas, and other food & bev. Outside of work, she loves to play and coach rugby.
