San Antonio Chapter: Sensory Picnic on the Lawn @ Historic Pearl

We have one of our newest members and certified sommelier, Evelyn Bianchi, leading us in a food & wine pairing on the lawn at the Historic Pearl. We will be meeting in front of the Bottling Department. Evelyn will be providing the main food pairing, and we will have a sign up sheet for those able to bring accompaniments. All wine samples will be provided. We will be going through a full sensory experience - discussing how tasting different beverages such as beer and wine can be different but also similar, sharpening our vocabulary skills along the way.
