Philadelphia Chapter Cider Tasting and Pommelier Presentation

Join us at Pip’s cider room, where GM Amy Hartranft (founder of Philly Cider Week) will lead us in a tasting of the farmhouse liquids grown by our friends at Ploughman Farm Cider in Gettysburg. Chapter member Claire Trindle—Philadelphia's first certified pommelier—will also share her journey of studying for the exam and offer tips for the test. Bring a snack to share if you’d like.
