Event Details
Our February Meeting will be Off-Flavor Training followed by a hang. Let's dust off our palettes for the new year! The training will be led by Katie Sloan, an Advanced Cicerone(R) and a Nationally-ranked BJCP judge. She has been the president of the NYC Homebrewers Guild, runs a NYC training class for the BJCP exam and has been competition coordinator of the NYC Regional round of the National Homebrew Competition. She is also the NY Sales Manager for Lawson's Finest Liquids. This meeting wiil be sponsored by Utica Club Pilsener Lager. Training is currently capped to 15.
