At our March Meeting, Greta Hucek will present her awesome Malt experience in Montana! 

Greta’s brewing journey began in Chicago, homebrewing with her dad after earning a degree in chemical engineering. Soon, she realized how much she loved the fermentation process and traded her lab career for a brew house. With over five years of professional experience — most recently as Lead Brewer at a women-owned brewery in Brooklyn — she brings both technical expertise and creative passion to her work.

 

Deeply inspired by the science behind beer, Greta is excited to share the knowledge and fresh perspective she gained through her Malteurop scholarship with the Pink Boots community.
