NYC - Atheras Spirits Tour & Tasting

Join us for a tour and tasting of Atheras Spirits, a microdistillery that produces botanical spirits products.
We'll meet at Bitter Monk, Atheras' tasting room. They focus on crafting cocktails that highlight house-made Amari, herbal liqueurs, and bitters, while also showcasing unique cocktail style that incorporates herbs, spices, wild plants, roots, fruits, and flowers—many of which are foraged.

Danny, the distiller, will give us a tour of the pot still and discuss the process for picking botanicals.
We'll also get to taste!
