Join us for our quarterly meeting at Steelbender Brewyard to socialize with other chapter members, get up to date on all thing Pink Boots, and participate in a fun off-flavor sensory exercise! We'll be walking through: acetaldehyde, bacterial infection, DMS, diacetyl, and oxidation, with examples of each. Bring a friend!
