Inland Empire Chapter Meeting: Mixed Fermentation

Join us Thursday, March 26th at 6:00pm for an educational meeting with acclaimed brewer Bryan Doty of Sour Cellars in Rancho Cucamonga. Bryan will be giving an overview on the various types of fermented beverages he produces, including European Style Lagers, Wild and Spontaneous Ales, Meads, multiple styles of Wines, and Seltzers, and will discuss the differences in fermentation conditions of each. Following our educational component, we will hold our general meeting and discuss the goals and expectations for the chapter for the year, filling vacant board/leadership positions, and brainstorm on ideas for future activity and collaborative brew days.
