Fermenting Change: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice in the Beverage Industry

This session introduces the ABC’s of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) and explores how these principles strengthen the Pink Boots Society’s mission to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented beverage industry. Through member reflections, practical examples, and available resources, participants will gain a clear understanding of DEIJ, why it matters to our community, and how to bring these practices into their chapters and workplaces.
