With 20+ years of experience across HR, learning and development, and leadership coaching, Bailey
has built her career supporting growing businesses through change, complexity, and scale.
She brings deep roots in the beverage industry, with leadership experience at Dogfish Head Craft
Brewery and Boston Beer Company, where she designed and led HR programs focused on
leadership development, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and talent strategy. Today,
through Golden Hour Consulting, she partners with organizations to strengthen everything from
manager capability and team dynamics to performance management and people operations.
Known for her practical, honest, and humor-filled approach, Bailey is passionate about helping
