Boston MA Chapter: Collaborative Brew Day at Aeronaut Brewing Co.

We will be brewing a Papaya pale/ blonde ale. We will be running through the basic steps of wort production and the fruit will be added at the end of the week or the following Monday. A basic overview of mashing, lautering and boiling wort will be covered. We will provide a lunch for any attendees.
