2026 Chapter Leadership Orientation

This Chapter Leadership Team Orientation is designed to set current and incoming chapter leaders up for success. During this guided walkthrough, we’ll cover the essential tools, resources, and responsibilities that help chapters operate smoothly and stay aligned with the Pink Boots Society mission.

Topics will include how to navigate and use the Pink Boots Society website, where to find important documents and leadership resources, how to review and interpret required reports, and best practices for managing chapter funds while remaining compliant with our 501(c)(3) status. We’ll also review scholarship submissions, key timelines, and where chapters fit into the broader organizational structure.

This session is ideal for new leaders, returning board members, and anyone who wants a refresher on processes, compliance, and available support. There will be time for questions, clarification, and shared learning—because strong chapters start with informed, confident leadership.
