Wendy Raymond is an operations and compliance consultant specializing in regulatory support for alcohol producers. As the founder of Taps and Snaps, she helps breweries, distilleries, and beverage brands navigate the complex landscape of TTB COLAs, formulas, permits, and state label approvals—with clarity, accuracy, and a touch of good humor.
Wendy brings over a decade of experience in operations, sales forecasting, demand planning, and marketing strategy, with a deep focus on the unique challenges faced by producers in regulated industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, is a Certified Cicerone®, and an approved vendor for the Independent Brewers Alliance. She currently serves on both the National Education Board for the Pink Boots Society and the CDC 2026 Seminar Subcommittee and has previously led the Utah Chapter of the Pink Boots Society. In 2024, she was selected as a mentee in the Brewers Association’s Fall Mentorship Program.
Originally from the New York, Wendy has lived all over the country and now calls Providence, Utah, home. She’s a proud mom of two adult children, an avid foodie, and a lifelong animal lover who always stops to meet other people’s dogs. Whether she’s exploring new regulations or new brews, Wendy is always eager to discover the world one beer at a time.
