Megan Lamb

Assistant Winemaker at Benmarl Winery. Graduated The Culinary Institute of America in 2020 with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Bachelors Degree in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality. Completed the Winemaking Certification through UC Davis California.
Started working in wine production and front of house in 2020 learning winemaking while on the job before taking the UC Davis Course in 2023. Spent about 5 years working in the vineyard with experience from pruning through harvest.
