Taylor Lane

Taylor is a microbiologist who has focused her career on her love of fermentation and passion for quality. She spent most of her career in beer, first as a bartender/lab tech at Ritual Brewing Co, then as the lead lab tech for Russian River Brewing Co. Taylor has since shifted her focus to the wine industry and is the analytical lab supervisor for E&J Gallo Sonoma where she gets to explore a whole new field of fermentation!
