After a 20 plus year career in the food service. I have shifted my passion of food and food hospitality to include craft beer.
I started my hospitality journey as a chef. Then made the transition to special events a few years later. Only to return back to the culinary side creating new food concepts and menus from a marketing perspective. As I moved through my career I took on a bigger challenge as a director of operations. While increasing my professional resume, my curiosity for trying new styles of beer grew. Eventually, I found myself behind the bar. I love connecting with people and sharing beers with them.
