Daniela Pareja Mejía

Daniela Pareja Mejía is a biologist and PhD researcher whose scientific work integrates behavior, ecology, and conservation. With a deep appreciation for experimentation and natural processes, she has extended her curiosity beyond the lab to the world of brewing. Daniela has experience in homebrewing and collaborative beer projects, and recently completed the BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) exam, awaiting her results. She will soon begin the Master Brewers Certificate Program at the University of California, Davis, to further strengthen her technical and analytical expertise in brewing science. Daniela is passionate about combining her scientific training with her love for beer to contribute to the advancement of the brewing community.
