Join KPU Brewing instructor Alek Egi, an award-winning brewer and sensory expert, to level up your skills in this online, 6-module course. This program is designed for individuals with some homebrew or brewing experience and/or a basic understanding of brewing.
What You Will Learn

Volume & Specs: Understanding product specifications and calculating batch volume.

Grain & Mash: Selecting grains and malts, determining grain weight, and performing mash calculations.

Water Chemistry: Calculating total water requirements (including mash and sparge volumes) and making necessary calcium (Ca) additions.

Hops & Temps: Determining strike water temperature, selecting hops, and predicting IBU (International Bitterness Units).
