Brief Description |
The 5th Ingredient is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and provide detailed, high-quality support for our Beer30 and Bucha30 software systems. In this role, you will serve as the primary first-line support for our customers in Australia and Asia, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. |
Salary/Hourly Range |
Base salary of $50k-$65k USD, dependent on experience |
