Brief Description

The 5th Ingredient is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and provide detailed, high-quality support for our Beer30 and Bucha30 software systems. In this role, you will serve as the primary first-line support for our customers in Australia and Asia, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance.

This position requires working Australian Eastern business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST / AEDT, Monday through Friday), which aligns approximately with 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM US PDT / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM US PST Sunday through Thursday, depending on daylight savings.

The candidate can be based in the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Salary/Hourly Range

Base salary of $50k-$65k USD, dependent on experience
