Emma Jones started her career journey on the teller line as a part-time teller at a credit union in Jacksonville. From there she moved onto a teller line supervisor position. After spending a few years in Florida, Emma decided to move to Denver and obtained a member service role at a credit union in downtown Denver. Because of her desire to delve into lending, she found the position at the On Tap Credit Union and has been with us ever since. In Emma’s spare time, she mostly obsesses over her dog, waters her many plants, paddle boards, hikes, and comes up with constant reasons why she wants to go out to eat. |

Max Layne began his career in the hospitality industry, managing sales and revenue for hotels and convention centers. After moving to Colorado, he decided to combine his enthusiasm for hospitality, money management, and beer by joining the team at On Tap Credit Union in 2018. Since then, he has served as both a Financial Advocate, working directly with members to develop personalized financial solutions, and as Digital Marketing Specialist, crafting educational content and helping members access the information they need to manage their money in our increasingly digital world.
