Chapter Scholarship Coordinator

• Supports Chapters providing scholarships to ensure that PBS policies and SOPs are followed while providing training and resources to the Chapters as necessary.
• Acts as primary contact for Chapters for all scholarship communication
• Works with National Scholarship Committee volunteers and Scientific Societies staff to communicate questions and concerns from the chapters and to provide necessary resources and support documents to the chapters.
• Communicates with Scholarship Program Coordinator regarding which chapters are offering which scholarships during each application period.
• Updates scholarship descriptions and review assignments on Survey Monkey Apply each application period.
• Works with Scholarship Administrator, Chapter Scholarship Liaisons, and Chapter Finance Liaisons to verify that chapter recipients are enrolled in their program, invoices are properly directed, and PIF presentations are submitted for approval.
• Requires a two (2) year commitment.
