Pink Boots Society and D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. are excited to announce the 2020 Diversity in Brewing Scholarship recipient, Victoria Rooney! Joining the Pink Boots Society has opened Victoria Rooney’s eyes to a whole new world of opportunities, especially during her first Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day®, where she met more women brewers and brewery owners than she ever could have imagined. Victoria holds several roles at Wolf Branch Brewery, including taproom manager, cellar woman, social media and events coordinator, and bartender. In 2019, she earned the “Best Bartender” award, along with Wolf Branch Brewing as the Best Craft Brewery from Lake and Sumter County Best of the Best.
